An Analysis of the Structural Relationship among Awareness of Cultural Heritage, Local Attachment, and Local Community

Research has been actively conducted on the role and value of cultural heritage in various academic fields. However, few empirical studies have residents’ perceptions its impact region. In this context, study empirically analyzed how management or attitudes toward it affect local attachment community formation. To end, a structural model was established among management, attitude heritage, attachment, community, verified. As result analysis, found that had positive (+) effect also by mediating it. Attitude Based these results, we discuss major issues, such as perception attachment. We further residents conclusion, suggests importance government policies roles, planning development programs considering regional characteristics, continuous efforts to improve landscape viewing environment.
